About Inbox List
Inbox List is a free directory of email marketers, sorted by their actual superpower, the niche they serve and the tools they work in, so brands can find the right specialist instead of a generalist who "does email".
It lists 98 marketers working across 50 tools, each reviewed by hand before going live.

One listing, taken apart
Every profile answers the same questions in the same places, so you can compare marketers at a glance.

Lifecycle & Retention Strategy
Partner, Structured
- Superpower Lifecycle & Retention Strategy
- The one deliverable they do best. Everyone picks exactly one, which keeps each list honest.
- Niche E-commerce & DTC
- Who they usually serve, so a B2B SaaS team isn't paging through fashion specialists.
- Tool stack Klaviyo, Omnisend
- The platforms they work in day to day, linked to every other expert on the same tool.
What makes Inbox List different
Sorted by superpower
Inbox List: Each marketer picks the one thing they do best, so deliverability, copy and lifecycle strategy sit in separate lists.
Elsewhere: General freelance marketplaces such as Upwork file all of it under one broad email marketing skill.
You see who they are first
Inbox List: Every profile is public: name, photo, tools, location and availability, before you talk to anyone.
Elsewhere: MarketerHire matches you to a marketer after an intake call; its marketers aren't publicly listed.
No fee in the middle
Inbox List: You contact the marketer directly and agree terms with them. Nothing is taken from either side.
Elsewhere: Upwork charges freelancers a service fee of up to 15% per contract.
Every platform, not one vendor's
Inbox List: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Postmark and the rest, side by side.
Elsewhere: Klaviyo's Agency Partner Directory lists only Klaviyo partners at Silver tier and above.
Competitor details checked on their own websites in October 2026.
How listings work
-
Submit
A marketer lists themselves, or our team adds a profile from public information that its owner can claim later.
-
Review
Every listing is read by a person before it goes live, and one that isn't an email specialist is turned down.
-
Get found
The profile appears under its superpower, niche and tools. Brands get in touch directly; we never sit in between.
A review isn't an endorsement: results and client names on a profile are the marketer's own. Anything else goes to [email protected], and the founder reads every message.

Who's behind Inbox List
Matthieu Fauveau
Product engineer, co-founder of Alterable
Matthieu (Matt) Fauveau is a product engineer and co-founder of Alterable (opens in a new tab), which makes personalized, real-time images for email. That work meant hearing the same question from brands again and again: who should we hire for our email? The right answer depended on the problem, and the directories out there listed everyone as just "email marketing".
Inbox List began as a way to sort email marketers by what they do best, and opened to the public in July 2026, alongside its sister site Inbox Archive (opens in a new tab).

Frequently asked questions
Is Inbox List free?
Yes, on both sides. Browsing needs no account, listing yourself costs nothing, and Inbox List takes no fee or commission on any work that comes from it.
How do I hire someone I find here?
Contact them directly from their profile, by email, website or LinkedIn. Inbox List isn't part of the deal: you agree scope and price with the marketer. The hiring guides cover typical rates and what to ask.
Does Inbox List vet or endorse the marketers?
Every listing is reviewed by hand before it goes live, to check it's a real email specialist with a real profile. That isn't an endorsement: client names and results on a profile are self-reported, so check references before you hire.
How do I get listed?
Fill in the submission form. Pick one superpower and one niche, add the tools you work in, and your profile goes live once it's approved. You can edit it any time afterwards.
My profile is already here. How do I take it over?
Some profiles are added by the Inbox List team from public information. Open yours and choose "Claim this profile": once the claim is checked you can edit it yourself.
Can I have a listing removed?
Yes. Use the "request removal" link at the bottom of the profile, or email [email protected] from the address tied to it. The legal page has the details.
How is Inbox List related to Alterable and Inbox Archive?
All three come from the same team. Alterable makes personalized, real-time images for email; Inbox Archive is a free archive of real brand campaigns. Inbox List lists marketers on every platform and doesn't favor Alterable customers.
